To enhance our Falcon Customer Portal we may interrupt the service for some time. Please find all news below
On Tuesday, September 9th
Dassault Falcon will launch a new Customer Portal, featuring Single
Sign-On (SSO) access to all subscription-based Falcon Smart programs,
including Falcon Spares Online, CATS, FalconBroadcast and other
All websites will be down for maintenance September 8th from 1800 EDT until the 9th.
You will receive an email prior to launch detailing your new SSO log-on
process with a link to create a new Pin Code, if you do not please
contact your Customer Service representative.
We invite you to view the tutorials describing your new Pin Code process and Customer Portal settings.
first login may take you inside the new Customer Portal, once
successfully logged-in you can select a resource (Falcon Smart program)
and thereafter bookmark this resource to go there directly in the future
(all SSO log-ins are valid for 12 hours).
