Dassault Falcon Appoints New VP, Sales & Marketing for Dassault Aircraft Services

10/18/2010
(Atlanta, Georgia, October 18, 2010) – Dassault Falcon appointed David Lamb to Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Dassault Aircraft Services (DAS). Lamb will be responsible for marketing and growing the service offerings of Dassault’s company-owned service center network.

"David’s appointment is an important part of a larger effort to elevate the caliber of the customer experience at Dassault’s company-owned Service Centers,” said Bob Sundin, Senior VP and COO of Dassault Aircraft Services. "His past accomplishments will prove to be important assets in marketing the improved service offerings that Dassault Aircraft Services can provide to Falcon operators.” Lamb will report to Sundin.

Lamb comes to Dassault with over two decades of experience in aviation, serving most recently as the vice president and general manager of StandardAero (a Dassault Authorized Service Center in California). Under Lamb’s leadership, West Coast market share grew while improving both customer service and on time delivery performance. Prior to that, Lamb served as director of engineering and quality for another business jet OEM where he incorporated lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes into the completions design process.

Throughout his career Lamb has worked in flight testing, and held positions overseeing refurbishment, maintenance and modification activities. He holds an A&P license and a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from West Coast University in California.
