Dassault Falcon Promotes Mark Verdesco to Director, Pre-Owned Aircraft Sales

1/26/2011
(Teterboro, New Jersey, January 26, 2011) – Dassault Falcon promoted Mark Verdesco to Director of Pre-Owned Aircraft Sales, replacing Skip Flint, who retired in December. In his new position, Mark will be responsible for all pre-owned aircraft activity in the Western Hemisphere. This includes working in close support of Dassault’s direct sales teams on trade-ins and leases in addition to pre-owned sales.

"The pre-owned market has begun to show a few signs of growth over the past couple of months,” said John Rosanvallon, President and CEO of Dassault Falcon. "Mark’s experience, longevity with Dassault and deep knowledge of the product line are important assets that will help to grow this momentum and to meet the needs of our pre-owned buyers.”

Verdesco joined Dassault Falcon in 1989 as a technical marketing analyst and has served in a number of positions during his tenure at the company, most recently as manager of pre-owned aircraft sales. Early on in his career, he was appointed as the company’s first inside sales manager in the Western United States, and was responsible for prospecting concept buyers and airplane users who were looking to upgrade to a jet.

Verdesco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle University, and is a private pilot with single and multi-engine ratings.
