Dassault Announces 2016 Falcon Regional M&O Seminar Series
Saint-Cloud, France

Dassault‘s 2016 Falcon M&O (Maintenance & Operations) Seminar Series will kick off April 13th in Paris and Shanghai, coinciding with the 100-year anniversary of Dassault Aviation.
2016 Seminars will make their way to nine cities around the world, concluding in Mahwah, New Jersey on May 19th.
“Excellence in customer service is built upon forging strong customer relationships, and this year, as we celebrate our first century in business, we want to reemphasize the key role our M&O seminars play in this process,” said Jacques Chauvet, Dassault Falcon’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service. “The M&Os allow us to meet face to face with Falcon operators from around the world, improving communications and establishing a solid basis for future cooperation.”
An annual tradition since 1966, each M&O attracts hundreds of attendees to each seminar. Multiple dates and locations offer customers the opportunity to select the regional seminar closest to them, and meet the needs as the Falcon fleet continues to expand. (More than 2088 Falcons are currently flying, with 1236 operators located worldwide.)
As in previous editions of the Seminar Series, each of this year’s M&Os will provide full briefings on Dassault’s latest products and services, the Falcon Response portfolio of AOG support services, and demonstrations of the company’s latest performance software and app solutions.
Seminars will include model-specific and general technical sessions addressing operational and technical topics ranging from troubleshooting solutions to reliability improvements and STC updates. Dedicated pilot sessions led by Falcon Operational Support Teams will again be offered at most sessions to meet the growing demand from Falcon crews eager to learn about the latest developments in flight operations.
